About Fredi Torres Lectores Vini Montsant

Fredi Torres Lectores Vini Montsant is a red wine produced in Montsant. It is a joint project between these two wine-makers who started this journey in 2013 with the objective of producing artisanal wines from ecologically cultivated vineyards.

This cuvée is produced with the Garnacha (85%), Cariñena (12%), Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca varieties. It comes from vineyards planted on limestone clay soils, with a southwestern exposure and at an altitude of 300 metres above sea level. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with a later 7 months ageing in used oak barrels.

Fredi Torres Lectores Vini Montsant is a fresh red wine, in which floral notes and red fruits predominate. 

2021

Fredi Torres Lectores Vini Montsant 2021 is a red wine with a light ruby hue. On the nose, it reveals aromas of strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by subtle floral notes and fresh forest herbs. On the palate, it presents a smooth and refreshing entry, with delightful fruity flavours reminiscent of red berries. The tannins are fine, offering a luscious sensation and a fluid profile. It is a pleasant and easy-to-drink wine.
