Ca’n Verdura Supernova Moll 2024 is a white wine that enters the glass like a gentle Mediterranean breeze: fresh herbs, fennel, and a hint of anise blend with finesse, while on the palate it presents as fresh, clean, and precise. The finish, with a surprising yet unobtrusive bitter touch, imparts character and ensures each sip has its own distinct personality. About Ca'n Verdura Supernova Moll

Ca'n Verdura Supernova Moll is a white wine produced by the Ca'n Verdura Viticultors winery in Binissalem (Mallorca), D.O. Binissalem.

Ca'n Verdura Viticultorsis the personal project that Tomeu Llabrés embarked on in 2012 in a small garage in Binissalem.

After training as an oenologist in Tarragona, learning all the secrets of the island's native varieties together with Francesc Grimalt and completing his training in Priorat, Tomeu found an old garage in Binissalem in which he was able to establish his small winery.

Ca'n Vegetable wines stand out by their marked Mediterranean character, with a great varietal expression, especially in their single varietal forms of varieties that are native to the island, all produced from small vineyards in the area worked with minimal intervention, and with the utmost respect for the terroir and its landscape.
 

Ca'n Verdura Supernova Moll is a wine made with Prensal from a small vineyard planted on loamy clay soils.

The grapes are harvested manually and placed in 15-kg boxes. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of under 18ºC. After the fermentation is complete, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees for 5 months, and is stirred every 3 days. Before being bottled, the wine is clarified and slightly filtered.

Ca'n Verdura Supernova Moll 2023 is a white wine with a pale, clean, and bright yellow-green hue. On the nose, it stands out for its good intensity with herbal notes of fennel, a mineral background, and hints of candied fruit and apricot. On the palate, it is unctuous and fresh, with well-balanced acidity, very persistent and long-lasting. Its aromatic profile is remarkable, with a glyceric presence and abundant tears in the glass.
