About Vivanco Crianza

Vivanco Crianza is a red wine from Rioja produced by Dinastía Vivanco. This winery is located in the town of Briones, La Rioja Alta.

Dinastía Vivanco Crianzais made from 100% Tempranillo. The grapes come from vineyards between 15 and 20 years old located in different plots in Briones. The soil where the vineyards are planted is characterized by clay-ferrous character.

The development of Vivanco Crianza begins with a manual harvest in small boxes of 10 kg during the first week of October. Once in the winery the must is moved by gravity into French oak vats, where it ferments and is macerated in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for 20 days.

After, Vivanco Crianzawine spends 16 months aging in barrels of French and American oak with regular racking. Finally, it rests in its wine bottle for at least 6 months.
