About Artífice Listán Blanco

Artífice Listan Blanco is a white wine from Ycoden-Daute-Isora made by Borja Pérez Viticultor on the island of Tenerife.

Borja Pérez is a winemaker located in the north of Tenerife. After having stood out in his earlier project Ignios, he has decided to create more accesible wines under the Artífice label. It is made with native varieties and with respect for the fruit at all times. The area's soil is made up of predominantly ash and rocks with a climate that is clearly influenced by the Atlantic ocean.

Artífice Listan Blanco is made by fermenting the different Listan Blanco vines separately in 500 litre barrels, and fermenting one of the vines with the grape's skins to bring greater aromatic complexity. It is aged for 8 months in the same barrels before being blended.

Artífice Listan Blanco is a light white wine due to its Atlantic character and it has a lot of personality due to the soil, which makes it vibrant. All of this with subtle aromas of stone fruit.

Artífice Listán Blanco 2019 is a white wine exuding scents of wilted blossoms, earthy undertones, and smoky nuances. On the palate, it is dry, sleek, and profoundly herbaceous. A medium-bodied wine with a smooth, velvety progression and a saline finish.
