About Camille & Guillaume Boillot Echézeaux Grand Cru

Guillaume Boillot and his wife Camille decided to establish their own winery after years of experience within the family environment of Domaine Henri Boillot, with the aim of building an independent venture alongside their children and developing their own identity. From this idea emerged Camille & Guillaume Boillot Echézeaux Grand Cru.
 
Camille & Guillaume Boillot Echézeaux Grand Cru is part of a small collection of wines sourced from some of Burgundy's most prestigious vineyards. Among them is Echézeaux Grand Cru, one of the most sought-after appellations in the Côte de Nuits. The grapes specifically hail from Orveaux, a particularly cool area within this Grand Cru, a characteristic that helps explain the precision and tension of this wine.
 
The production follows the philosophy that Guillaume is developing in this new phase: measured intervention, a quest for purity, and a more restrained use of new oak. His experience in family winemaking is thus combined with a more understated approach, designed to let the vineyard have the final say. And here lies one of its great attractions: only two barrels of Camille & Guillaume Boillot Echézeaux Grand Cru were produced.
