Aria Brut Nature is a sparkling brut nature reserva with predominantly aging aromas over a fruity background. On the palate it reveals a good carbonic level with a discreet and suggestive sweetness. The bubble is medium size, with vertical and regular release.

About Aria Brut Nature

Aria Brut Nature is a sparkling reserva wine from the D.O. Cava (Catalonia) made with the three classic varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. 
 
Heredad Segura Viudas is a historic winery with more than 70 years of experience working in the heart of Cava. A land, a landscape and a tradition that shape wines and cavas that are enjoyed all over the world. 
 
Aria Brut Nature is a great example of this, a brut nature reserva cava that is made according to the traditional method, with a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature, and a second fermentation in the bottle. It spends 15 months on its lees before disgorging. 
 
Aria Brut Nature is a dry, fresh and balanced sparkling wine . A very good companion for appetisers and entrees.
