Rimarts Martínez Rosé 2023 is a sparkling wine that presents itself with a pale pink hue illuminated by silvery glints, hinting at its delicacy. The fine and persistent bubbles accompany a luscious aroma, brimming with forest berries and candied currants that invite one to bring the glass closer. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with a subtle creamy touch that envelops the palate and extends into an elegant and delicate finish. About Rimarts Martínez Rosé

Ricard Martínez de Simón had a dream of making high quality cavas without using modern technology. And thanks to his dedication and hard work, he succeeded. He set up a project using the first letters of his names, Rimarts, which is now run by his two sons Ricard and Ernest with the same passion as the founder. From this small winery in the heart of the D.O. Cava, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, they create artisan sparkling wines with a unique personality.

Among their range of expressive and exciting sparkling wines, Rimarts Martinez Rosé is a cava also named after the Martinez family. Made following the champenoise method, the cuvée is made from traditionally grown Pinot Noir and Grenache grapes. Afterwards, a second fermentation begins in the bottle with aging that varies between 9 and 15 months depending on the vintage. The disgorging of each bottle is carried out in the traditional manner and the date is indicated on the label to ensure it is aged to its best. And because it is a good brut nature, no sugar is added.  

Bearing in mind that artisan processes require much more time and effort, but also produce more exciting results, Rimarts Martínez Rosé is a rosé cava that pays homage to its founder and his dream of making sparkling wines with great art.

Rimarts Martinez Rosé is a fruity rosé sparkling wine with aromas of red fruit and creamy notes. On the palate it is smooth, refreshing and sweet. A cava with marked acidity, sparkling bubbles and a long, delicate finish.
