What if origin were not merely a place, but a way of doing things that remains unchanged over time? In Baixo Miño (Galicia), where the Galician landscape meets the Atlantic influence and life progresses unhurriedly, Pazo de Valdomiño has been distilling since 1996 with a clear vision: to honour origin and meticulously craft each detail in-house, from maceration to ageing, preserving a craft that regards authenticity as its foundation.
 
In this setting, where the climate and soil seem to contribute to the character of what is created there, this orujo is born from aguardiente de uva albariño and is crafted through meticulous processes including traditional alembic distillation and extended ageing, which refines its profile. There are no shortcuts or artifices; there is time, selection, and a method that prioritises identity over any excess.
