About Pazo Señorans Aguardiente de Orujo

Pazo Señoráns Aguardiente de Orujo is a pomace brandy made from 100% Albariño grapes by the winery Pazo Señoráns. It is distilled in traditional copper stills over direct fire. This distillation is double. It is stored in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 2,000 liters.

The Pazo de Señorans winery is located in the Salnés Valley, in the province of Pontevedra, within the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin. The winery is a magnificent manor house converted into a winery, which illustrates the grandeur of the houses built in the countryside in times past. The winery and the Pazo began their history in 1989 under the direction of the couple Marisol Bueno and Javier Mareque, although nowadays their four children are the ones leading the business.

At Pazo Señorans, their main philosophy is to reflect the characteristics of the area and the Albariño grape in their wines and spirits, through excellent vineyard care and studying ways to improve cultivation using models based on remote sensing and sensor technology.
