About Martí Fabra L'Oratori

Martí Fabra L'Oratori is a red wine from the D.O. Empordà made from Grenache, Carbernet Sauvignon and Carignan grape varieties. The grapes are destemmed and then undergo a cold maceration. The must is fermented at a controlled temperature and the wine ages in concrete tanks for 12 months.
It is not necessary to decant this wine before serving. It goes well with grilled ox, pork cutlets, chicken stews and medium-hard cheeses.
2011 On the palate this wine is structured and has good body. Very fruity and long finish.

Dark cherry red colour with a garnet-coloured edge.

This wine shows intense and complex aromas. Fruity notes of redcurrents and blueberries prevail.
