Maria Rigol Ordi Reserva Brut Nature is a cava made by Caves Maria Rigol Ordi in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, D.O. Cava.

Caves Maria Rigol Ordi was created in 1987, when Maria Rigol Ordi, missing her long family tradition (her grandfather already made cava, the "xampany" of the time, in 1897), decided to start a small production in the winery of his house in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, alongside her son Francesc Manobens Rigol.

Caves Maria Rigol Ordi chooses to make a quality product with the traditional varieties of Penedés, using long ageing. To do so, they select winegrowers from the area, which allows them to capture the essence and wealth of this unique territory. The end result are cavas of great personality and uniqueness, made with the latest technology, but always faithful to the classic production methods.

Maria Rigol Ordi Reserva Brut Nature is a cava made with Maccabeu, Xarello and Parellada. Each variety originates in a different area, other than Penedés, with different soils and altitudes ranging from 200 to 450 metres in altitude.

This Cava is produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and a minimum ageing of 24 months. No added sugar after disgorgement.

Maria Rigol Ordi Reserva Brut Nature is an intense, ample and elegant cava. This is a cava with structure and a lot of expression, eternal in the mouth.
