About Luzón Contraseña Blanco

Have you ever attended a gathering without consuming alcohol (whether for medical reasons, pregnancy, or personal choice)? What is clear is that it is not enjoyable to be the only person in the group who has to settle for non-alcoholic beer, or who can only toast with water (which might bring a bit of bad luck) and celebrate with soft drinks. Thankfully, this is about to change, and we will gradually stop tempting fate with Luzón Contraseña Blanco.
 
Luzón Contraseña Blanco is a non-alcoholic white wine produced in Murcia by the Luzón winery. The sauvignon blanc from the Jumilla region will be responsible for imparting all the flavour and aromas to this white wine, where you will barely notice the difference from its other version. After the harvest, the grapes are separated from the stems, and following a light pressing and the corresponding settling (where the must is allowed to rest at a low temperature to ensure that the suspended substances settle at the bottom), Luzón Contraseña Blanco will ferment for approximately 20 days at a controlled temperature. But that's not all! Luzón Contraseña Blanco will undergo an innovative dealcoholisation process that will preserve the wine's organoleptic properties to the fullest.
