About Juvé & Camps Cinta Xarel·lo

Juvé & Camps Cinta Xarel·lo is a Corpinnat brut reserva made by the winery Juvé & Camps in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

It is a single variety xarel·lo grown on their own estates Espiells and Can Rius.
The harvest is done by hand and the grapes are transported to the winery in small crates in order to preserve the optimum condition of the grape.
Once in the winery the bunches are subject to a selection process from which they obtain the must.
From the must, Juvé & Camps Cinta Xarel·lo is made following the traditional method with an aging for a minimum of 15 months in pupitres.

2021

Juvé & Camps Essential Xarel·lo 2021 presents an experience of delicate and persistent bubbles. 2017

Juvé & Camps Essential 2017 is a dry sparkling wine (with less than 12 g/L of sugar). The nose has hints of wild herbs (rosemary and thyme), dried herbs, spices (fennel) and yeasty notes. The palate is light and fine, with a slight bitterness and good acidity.

 
2016 Juvé y Camps Essential 2016 is a sparkling wine with complex aromas of white fruit, Mediterranean herbs and hints of fine yeast. On the palate it is fresh, creamy and fruity. It has lively acidity and a long, vibrant finish.
2012 On the palate the cava is creamy and fresh. We find notes of ripe pear. A balanced acidity and a long persistent finish.

By sight it presents a pale yellow colour with green and grey nuances. Fine bubbles.

On the nose it is very subtle with all the elegance of Xarel•lo, fennel, pear and Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary or thyme.
A very elegant and complex cava.
