On the nose, it presents itself as expressive and fresh, with juicy red fruits like currant intertwined with floral notes of lavender, poppy, and violets, imparting a delicate and fragrant nuance. In this Habla de ti… Rosé, the concept extends beyond the wine itself to the subtle provocation surrounding it: a narrative inspired by the symbolic gesture of Michelangelo towards his Moses, lightly tapping it with his chisel and saying "speak!", as if the marble still held something to reveal. With this intuition, Bodegas HABLA crafts its universe in Extremadura (Spain), amidst a slate-strewn and tranquil landscape where the vineyard learns to articulate itself without artifice, compelled to focus on substance, seeking truth over embellishment. 
 
Here, the vineyard is divided into small plots, almost as if each possesses its own voice, and from this precise reading of the terrain emerges a rosé wine that seeks no disguise. Syrah, cinsault, and garnacha come together with aging on lees, imparting a smooth, almost creamy texture that envelops the red fruit without overshadowing it, while floral nuances glide like a gentle breeze of poppy and lavender.
