About Gregal d'Espiells

Gregal d'Espiells is a white wine from the D.O Penedés produced by the winery Juvé & Camps. This is a blend of Muscat and Gewürztraminer.

After the harvest following traditional methods, the grape for Gregal d'Espiells is transported rapidly to the winery.

After having passed the selection table, the grapes are cold macerated for 6-10 hours.

Subsequently, fermented in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature.

Gregal d'Espiells is bottled without any type of ageing.

2021

Gregal d'Espiells 2021 is an aromatic and carefree white wine, exceedingly easy to enjoy and perfect for social gatherings. Exhibiting a straw-yellow hue, it is clean and luminous. The bouquet is captivating, brimming with intense nuances of white flowers, aromatic herbs, citrus fruits, roses, and tropical notes. On the palate, it is remarkably refined and velvety. Harmoniously balanced and delightfully sweet, complemented by a rich acidity. The finish is extended and lingering.
2019 Gregal d'Espiells 2019 is an exquisitely crafted white wine, boasting intricate aromas of white blossoms, citrus undertones, and exotic tropical hints. On the palate, it presents a harmonious balance, with a voluptuous and silky texture. It reveals an ample fortified wine-like acidity that is perfectly counterbalanced by its abundant fruitiness.
2014 Fresh, juicy and smooth, this is a fruity wine. A good and persistent acidity.

Complex aromas, white fruits with aromatic herb and citric touches.
2013 On the palate it is an unctuous wine. Fresh strawberry, good acidity and something sweet. Fresh and smooth with a very fine result. Great persistence.

A bright and clean yellow colour.

On the nose it is complex with many nuances. Predominately white flowers with some herbaceous and citrus aromas. Flowers like jasmine and rose supported by slightly sweet touches.
