Fabio Coullet Vermouth, with its attractive caramel red colour, presents a rich harmony between sweet and bitter flavours. Its aroma is intensely aromatic, displaying herbaceous notes of fennel, rosemary, black liquorice, vanilla, cinnamon and orange peel. On the palate, fresh and fruity nuances are perceived, resulting in a silky and fresh sensation, with a remarkable density. The finish is distinctive, with a perfect integration of spicy and bitter notes, and a most gratifying persistence on the palate.

About Fabio Coullet Vermouth

Fabio Coullet, a daring winemaker who has focussed on encapsulating the essence of this remote and magical Andalusian place, presents us with a vermouth that is a pleasure to enjoy both as an aperitif and as an after-dinner drink. Made from aged wines from the D.O. Málaga-Sierras de Málaga region and bitter plant extracts, Ceylon cinnamon and Indonesian cloves, among other sweet spices, Fabio Coullet Vermouth is a unique concoction whose depth and intensity are achieved thanks to its time in used American oak barrels. The result is a vermouth of great finesse, with a pleasant sweetness and an aromatic complexity that reflects the region’s identity.

A true guardian of the Axarquia’s viticultural heritage, Fabio Coullet has dedicated his life to rescuing and preserving the hidden gems of viticulture in Málaga’s Axarquia region. His tireless commitment to the land and to little-known local grape varieties has marked a turning point in the region. Through his winery, Coullet redefines winemaking excellence, fusing traditional wisdom with innovative techniques to produce wines that embody the authenticity and spirit of this unique land.
