About Els Pics Blanc

Els Pics blanco 2011 is a White Grenache single-varietal made by Bodega Mas Alta, in the Priorat, whose key principle is their absolute respect for the earth, its fruit and the people who work it. After the harvet, the grape must ferments at a controlled temperature and ages for 5 months on its lees in stainless steel deposits.
2011 Good attack which confirms this wine's magnificent youth. Lively acidity which adds depth and serves as the guiding thread. Nuances of dried fruit and ripe fruit are felt at retro-olfaction. This is a special white wine, dense, rich and very lively. 

A pale lemon colour with golden reflections. Clean and bright.

A clean, medium-intensity nose in which appetising ripe stone fruit stands out along with notes of yeasts and nuances of spices and herbs.
