El Afilador's products are made in the traditional way, by the third generation of a Galician family dedicated to the production of their country's traditional liqueurs. El Afilador is now a classic because of its commitment to the quality of the primary materials, which are selected with the same care for tradition and nature that they apply to the production of their liqueurs.
El Afilador Aguardiente de Orujo has been El Afilador's emblem since 1943, when they became the first Company in Spain to sell bottled eau-de-vie.
