About Cuqueira

Cuqueira is a white wine from the D.O. Ribeiro region produced by the Cunqueiro winery. This wine is a blend of Treixadura, Torrontés and other white grape varieties.

After having been transported to the winery, the grapes undergo the winemaking process in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation of the must is the initial stage, which results in a fresh, high quality wine that will allow you to enjoy all of the nuances of the fruit and terroir. The facility, totally in stainless steel, is equipped with pneumatic presses and equipment that allows termal stabilization and microfiltration.

The Cunquiero winery, located on the left bank of the Miño River in the region of O´Ribeiro, is a family company which dates back to the early 1960´s. Using native and unusual varieties, Cunqueirohas carved a niche in the market for broad white wines with fruity nuances.
