About Còsmic Passió

Còsmic Passió is a red wine produced in Penedès by Còsmic Vinyaters.

Salvador Batlle founded this winery with the philosophy of preserving the environment, respecting earth’s strengths and minimising human intervention in wine production. It is a viticulture based on biodynamic principles.

This Còsmic Passió is produced in the Baix Penedès area. It comes from a vineyard planted with the Marselan variety 500 metres above sea level. It undergoes a pre-fermentation maceration with its skins for 48 hours and a later fermentation with its skins for 18 days. The wine rests for four months in stainless steel tanks with its fine lees.

2018 Cosmic Passió 2018 is a succulent red wine brimming with aromas of red fruits, herbaceous undertones, and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it is vibrant, distinctive, and exceedingly fruity. This wine boasts a supple texture, harmonious balance, and a prolonged, spiced finish.
