The Chinchón distillery, acquired by González Byass in 1969, combines history and precision in every drop. This Protected Geographical Indication ensures that the anise is entirely produced in the region, following artisanal methods passed down through generations. The high-quality matalahúva is slowly distilled in copper stills, preserving the purity and intense aroma that characterize this classic from Madrid.
 
Chinchón Seco Especial is a potent and clean dry anise, crafted solely with natural ingredients: agricultural alcohol, water, and the grain of green anise (matalahúva).
