Chinchón Dulce is a clean and brilliant anise to the eye, transforming into a bluish white with a splash of water, as if inviting one to play with its nuances. On the nose, it unfolds a frank and potent aroma of aniseed, intense and direct, heralding what is to come. About Chinchón Dulce 1L

You may recognise it from family gatherings or perhaps you have never tried it on its own… Chinchón Dulce possesses the ability to surprise even those who believe they are familiar with aniseed. It all begins in a small town south of Madrid, where history is palpable in every street and in every distillation process.
 
The Chinchón distillery, acquired by González Byass in 1969, keeps a centuries-old legacy alive. Here, tradition and precision go hand in hand: the green aniseed is slowly distilled in copper stills, following methods passed down through generations, preserving the unique identity of the Chinchón Protected Geographical Indication.
 
Chinchón Dulce is crafted with agricultural alcohol, water, sugar, and the star ingredient: green aniseed (matalahúva). Smooth, aromatic, and balanced, it combines sweet notes with an intense aroma that invites you to enjoy it after a meal, with coffee, or to elegantly conclude a dining experience. Each sip is a nod to the land, time, and tradition that make it unique.
