On their estate in Salerno, Campania (Italy), the family of Annibale, Anna, and their children have established a project that embodies a self-sufficient and sustainable lifestyle. With 30 hectares of land, 5 of which are dedicated to vineyards, they produce everything they consume. Initially, they made wines solely for their own enjoyment and that of their friends, but nowadays, their limited productions reach the most fortunate and discerning wine lovers. The availability of their wines depends as much on the climatic conditions of each vintage as on the consumer's ability to secure a bottle before it sells out.

Thus, from the synergy between the human, animal, plant, and mineral components that converge on the estate, they present wines such as Casa di Baal La Mossa Colli di Salerno, a pet-nat derived from vines with an average age of 28 years of the fiano and moscatel varieties, cultivated with organic and biodynamic treatments. In the winery, the base wine is first made from grapes fermented with their skins for three days and then refermented in the bottle without the addition of yeasts, sulfites, and sugars, and without filtering or disgorging.
