About Caraballas Equilibrio

What if the future of wine began by listening to the land once more? In the early 2000s, as the world quickened its pace and technology began altering our way of life, a small project in Medina del Campo (Valladolid, Spain) chose a different path: to restore the lost harmony between vineyard and nature. Thus, Finca Las Caraballas was born, a unique approach to viticulture, where each vine coexists with a living ecosystem and the wine emerges as an honest expression of the landscape.
 
Behind this project stands Elías Redondo and a team committed to restoring the land's lost vitality. Their aim was not merely to cultivate a vineyard, but to regenerate an environment where biodiversity could once again thrive, employing organic farming that respects natural cycles and allows the place to speak for itself. Caraballas Equilibrio is the result of this way of viewing the countryside: with patience, respect, and a profound connection to its origin.
 
Made from verdejo grapes grown on the estate itself, cultivated at altitude and patiently aged in barrels, this white wine embodies the character of the Castilian plain with a clear and vibrant expression. The coolness of its nights, the energy of its stony soils, and the attention to every detail translate into a white wine with a gentle texture, a luminous fruitiness, and a sense of balance that lingers on the palate. A white where the purity of the grape meets a subtle creaminess that invites leisurely exploration.
