About Baigorri Rosado

Baigorri Rosado is a rosé wine crafted by Bodegas Baigorri in Samaniego, a small village within the DOCa Rioja region.

Baigorri Rosado is a blend of the tempranillo, garnacha, and viura grape varieties. The grapes are meticulously selected on sorting tables and destemmed. Fermentation occurs at a low temperature (15-20°C) in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts, alongside its own lees.

Baigorri Rosado is filtered and clarified, minimizing oxidation as much as possible, before being bottled.

Baigorri Rosado 2024 is a pale pink, alluring wine, with a spectrum of vibrant aromas of fresh citrus, juicy pineapple, and a playful nod to gummy candies. On the palate, it feels as smooth as a caress, well-balanced, and with a freshness that invites another sip. Its long and refreshing finish leaves an intense impression reminiscent of a summer afternoon on a sunlit terrace. Best served well-chilled to fully appreciate its vivacity.

2022 Baigorri Rosé 2022 is a beautiful pale pink wine with notes of refreshing citrus and tropical fruits on the nose with a sweet touch provided by the aroma of jelly beans. Smooth on the palate. Its fruity character is reaffirmed in harmony with a good acidity that brings freshness. An aromatic and easy to drink rosé wine, made to be simply enjoyed.
2020

Baigorri Rosado 2020 is a fruit-forward rosé. On the nose, it is intense and refined, with fruity notes underscored by hints of raspberry, blueberry, and jelly sweets. The palate is smooth. Harmoniously balanced. The finish is prolonged and pronounced. 
2014

Soft and balanced in the mouth. Fresh. Light fruit. Final taste has some sour notes.

On the nose there are tropical fruits like banana and pineapple with red fruit and candy.
2013 Smooth and very balanced on the palate. Long and intense finish. We recommend serving this wine very cold.

An attractive red colour.

Intense fruit aromas of bananas, pears, pineapple and sweets.
2012 Great and direct attack with a mid-palate marked by a great, aromatic and defined acidity. Medium-bodied and correct persistence. It is fresh, with a certain unctuous sensation and very pleasant to drink.

Intense raspberry colour with subtle bluish reflections. Clean and very bright.

In the nose, we can perceive aromas of red fruit combined with lactic notes which remind us to sweeties. Soft and elegant floral notes appear as well as a pleasant and marked mineral and herbaceous background.
2011 Good, direct attack and light on the palate. Good, aromatic and defined acidity. Medium length finish with the correct persistence. This wine is fresh and has an unctuous texture. Very enjoyable to drink.
