Produced by the prestigious winery El Maestro Sierra with a very long tradition in the business: almost two centuries of dedication to the fascinating world of wine. Oloroso 15 años is a single-varietal of Palomino and undergoes an oxidative ageing process, in contact with the air, for a period of 15 years, as its name indicates. This sherry is aged in American oak barrels according to the soleras and criaderas system typical of Marco de Jerez. The slow loss of water that is produced during its ageing allows it to develop a concentrated flavor and a good structure.
