About Trediberri Langhe Nebbiolo

Federico Oberto, his son Nicola and his friend Vladimiro Rambaldi were clear from the outset; if they were to embark on a project together, what better name to reflect their union and roots? In 2007, they established their winery in La Morra, the heart of the Barolo region, and named it Trediberri: "Tre" for the three individuals who brought the project to life, and "Berri" in honour of the village where they acquired their first vineyard. A simple name, yet laden with history, affection, and significance.

Young and small, Trediberri is a winery that exudes freedom and authenticity. Here, no dogmas or rigid protocols are followed. Every decision seeks balance and the natural expression of the grapes. The winery's philosophy is clear: to produce artisanal, honest, and vibrant wines that tell the story of the terroir and the work of those who tend to it.

Among its treasures, Trediberri Langhe Nebbiolo stands out. Sourced predominantly from the municipalities of La Morra and Levice, with small plots in Vicoforte and Monticello d'Alba, this nebbiolo is primarily vinified in concrete and, depending on the vintage, partially in steel. The alcoholic fermentation lasts between 10 and 12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and cold stabilisation, always aiming for the purity and freshness of the fruit. Before bottling, the wine is refined for several months in concrete, steel, or fibreglass, without the influence of oak.

Nicola Oberto describes his nebbiolo as "a wine that seeks to be accessible, yet undoubtedly not trivial." And thus, with every sip, one feels the passion of three individuals sharing a dream, the respect for the land, and the constant pursuit of balance.
