Tradición Fino 12 Años is a fortified wine from D.O. Jerez produced by Bodegas Tradición in Jerez de la Frontera. 

Bodegas Tradición is one of the most famous wineries for their wines that are aged for a very long time. This is the case with this Tradición 12 Años. Produced with the Palomino Fino grape, this fine wine is aged for 12 years under a cap of 'flor' yeast under the Criaderas and Soleras system, while the standard practice for a fine wine is to age it for only 4-8 years. They make two batches per year of 1500 bottles. 

Tradición Fino 12 Años is a fino with extreme complexity due to its prolonged period of ageing.
