Dominio de Tares Godello Fermentado en Barrica is a barrel-aged white wine from the D.O. Bierzo, crafted by the winery Dominio de Tares. This wine is a single-varietal Godello.

The vineyard, from which the grapes used for the production of Dominio de Tares Godello Fermentado en Barrica are sourced, was selected after an extensive selection of the best plots in the D.O. Bierzo.

After the harvest and subsequent selection of the grape clusters, Dominio de Tares Godello Fermentado en Barrica undergoes alcoholic fermentation.

The vinification process concludes with aging in new French oak barrels from Tronçais for several months. The wine remains here with its lees, and daily "batonnages" are performed.

Before bottling, Dominio de Tares Godello Fermentado en Barrica is decanted and clarified through natural processes.

The winery Dominio de Tares produces its wines by combining traditional cultivation methods with modern winemaking techniques. It is situated in a privileged location surrounded by vineyards of exceptional quality, in the region of El Bierzo, in León.
