Bott-Geyl Gewürztraminer Les Éléments is a monovarietal white wine made from Gewürztraminer grapes produced by Domaine Bott-Geyl from the Appellation Alsace Controlée.

Domaine Bott-Geyl is a family winery in Beblenheim, in the Upper Rhine. Their plots have been cultivated since 1775 but the winery is the result of the union of the Bott and Geyl families in 1926. Over the years, each member of the family has participated in conserving and accumulating plant heritage, and has contributed to building up the identity of the estate. At present, Domaine Bott-Geyl covers 14 hectares in 75 plots spread across 7 municipalities. They have all been cultivated biodynamically since 2002.

The grapes for Bott-Geyl Gewürztraminer Les Éléments are always harvested by hand and come from the municipalities of Beblenheim and Zellenberg. Domaine Bott-Geyl vinifies by combining tradition and modernity while attempting to ensure that the grape and terroir can be expressed in the best way possible.

Once vinified, Bott-Geyl Gewürztraminer Les Éléments rests on its fine lees for 4 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. It is a wine that can age for 7 to 10 years if stored in optimal conditions.

Bott-Geyl Gewürztraminer Les Éléments 2017 is an aromatic white wine. On the nose it is extravagant, with notes of roses, lychee, white pepper and citrus. On the palate it is fresh and powerful, with exotic, spicy and honeyed flavours.
2015 Bott-Geyl Gewürztraminer Les Éléments 2015 has intense aromas of rose petals, lychee and white pepper, and citrus aromas with exotic and honeyed touches. On the palate it is dry, with pear and fresh lemon. It is a balanced wine with a refreshing finish.
