Benoît Ente Bourgogne Chardonnay 2020 is an aromatic, very elegant, floral and pleasant white. With a mainly fruity character this white starts with spicy, multi-layered hints that make it a complex wine. Minerality, rock dust and chalk swirl in an attractive nose that is at first discreet. The palate is crisp and sparkling, with hints of white peach and orange. Juicy and dynamic. Very invigorating. Intense and full of charm.

About Benoît Ente Bourgogne Chardonnay

If there is one name that is always linked to Burgundy, it is the name Ente. Thanks to the two brothers, Arnaud and Benoît, the rest of us can enjoy the purest and most original expression of this area of central-eastern France. In Arnaud's case, this has been possible for decades; however, with Benoît, we have had to wait a little longer. Be that as it may, it has undoubtedly been worth the wait. Today, like his brother, he is one of the essential Burgundian winemakers thanks to wines such as Benoît Ente Bourgogne Chardonnay.

Benoît Ente Bourgogne Chardonnay is a white wine made from grapes grown in different parts of the region. Under the Bourgogne AOC, different terroirs converge in this wine. With chardonnay as the constant common thread, all the vineyards are located in Puligny-Montrachet; however, the orientations and soils (where sand, clay and lime come together) will be the ones that will give the finishing touches and nuances to Benoît Ente Bourgogne Chardonnay.
