About Lynch Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc Nature
Lynch Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc Nature is an organic white wine made with the Sauvignon Blanc variety produced by Michel Lynch in the A.O.C. Bordeaux.
In honour of Michel Lynch, an 18th century gentleman who dedicated his life to improving the wines from his Lynch-Bages winery, the Cazes family, who have owned the winery since 1939, have extended their viticultural offering and created a new range of wines using sustainable practices and producing exclusively with organically cultivated vines.
Lynch Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc Nature comes from old vines planted on the alluvial soils of one of the most prestigious wine-growing areas in the world. These are ecologically certified vineyards, cultivated without pesticides, herbicides or any systematic chemical treatments. The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness.
Lynch Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc Nature ferments in stainless steel tanks with great patience and a controlled temperature. It is actually the result of a selection of wines that reflect the richness and diversity of Bordeaux’s terroirs and the intrinsic qualities of each vintage. A completely sustainable work that is even reflected in the environmentally friendly packaging.
Lynch Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc Nature is an ecological, fresh and light white wine. The perfect expression of the Sauvignon Blanc variety’s character.
