A mere 1.3-hectare vineyard recognized as one of the most intense and profound crus of Beaujolais, it is tended sustainably, ecologically, and by hand. In the winery, the grapes ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, and thereafter, the wine is aged in multi-vintage barrels for at least 12 months.
