Hajszan Neumann is located in Vienna's most prestigious wine region, Grinzing, a district at the foot of the Nussberg mountain. All the wines from this winery are certified as biodynamic, and are made according to the rules of Rudolph Steiner. Very elegant wines with an important expressive character.
Hajszan Neumann Ried Steinberg Grinzinger Riesling originates from in vineyards overlooking the city of Vienna. These vines are planted in soils composed of limestone, clay and chalk. Biodynamic agriculture is practiced with natural treatments in harmony with the universe. The harvest is carried out manually and with a meticulous selection of grapes in the vineyard.
When they arrive at the winery, the Hajszan Neumann Ried Steinberg Grinzinger Riesling grapes are macerated for 6 hours and gently pressed. The previously clarified must ferments with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. It’s then aged right there on its fine lees for a moderate time and finally bottled.
