G&V Y lo otro también Verdejo is a natural white wine aged in amphoras made by García & Valencia with the Verdejo variety in Castilla y León.

G&V Y lo otro también is run by Esmeralda García and Joan Valencia. Two winemakers who are committed to natural winemaking and who seek out special terroirs throughout Spain to make unconventional wines with minimal intervention.

G&V Y lo otro también Verdejo comes from old vines planted in loamy-sandy limestone soil. They are cultivated using environmentally friendly agriculture, replacing herbicides, pesticides and chemical products with organic and sustainable products. The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness.

In the winery, the G&V Y lo otro también Verdejo grapes ferment spontaneously with native yeasts and no temperature control in a Georgian Kvevri and a stainless steel tank for 7 months. The wine is finally bottled without being clarified, filtered or adding sulphites.
