Dom Pérignon, a symbol of luxury and distinction, is celebrated for its exclusive limited editions and exceptional collaborations. On this occasion, it pays tribute to the legendary artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, choosing his iconic work "In Italian" (1983) as the inspiration for a special edition. This piece, laden with complexity and mystery, becomes the focal point of a collection that masterfully merges art and champagne. The edition comprises three cases: blue, green, and yellow (in this instance, blue). Each represents a section of Basquiat's painting. When the three cases are combined, the artwork is reassembled, adhering to the principle of assemblage highly valued by both Dom Pérignon and Basquiat.

Inside, Dom Pérignon Vintage is the result of the masterful blending of base wines crafted from the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties, following the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle and aging on lees for at least 8 years. This process, based on the art of assemblage, allows for the creation of a unique blend of wines from different plots and vintages, akin to a work of art in itself, combining the finest elements of each component to achieve perfect harmony.
