Vecchio Amaro del Capo is an amaro liqueur originating from Calabria, in the south of Italy, where time is measured more by daylight than by the clock. Behind it stands the Caffo family, four generations perfecting a recipe that encapsulates the essence of their land: herbs, flowers, roots, and citrus that speak of landscape and tradition without artifice.
 
Here, there is no rush. Each ingredient is harvested at its precise moment and infused almost immediately, capturing the purest essence of each season. The result is a unique amaro liqueur, the first of its kind designed to be consumed ice-cold, almost at -20°C, where everything becomes more distinct: the freshness of mint, the whisper of anise, the depth of liquorice, and that balance between sweet and bitter that makes it unexpectedly smooth and surprising.
