Uvas Felices Voladuras Avanzada 2023 emerges as a fruity and light red wine that captivates. About Uvas Felices Voladuras

The name Uvas Felices is indeed a promise in itself. It is a term that conveys joy, authenticity, and the essence of vineyards lovingly tended. This project arises from the collaboration between the distributor Vila Viniteca and various Spanish winemakers, with the clear objective of producing red and white wines of the highest quality.

In this context, the collaboration of Uvas Felices was born, a joint venture initiated in 2010 between Comando G and Vila Viniteca to produce wines from old garnacha vines, with plants ranging from 50 to 90 years old, planted in the granitic soils of the Sierra de Gredos, just a few kilometres from Madrid. Today, Ramón Esteve is the viticulture and oenology manager of the project, and Voladuras exemplifies the philosophy he follows.

For the production of Voladuras, traditional walls in the vineyard have been restored, necessary to keep away the wild boars and deer that inhabit the nearby forests. Most of the grapes are not destemmed and are vinified with indigenous yeasts, applying minimal intervention. Spontaneous fermentation is carried out at a gentle, controlled temperature, preserving the freshness and expressiveness of the garnacha. Tot seguit, passa per una criança en bóta de 600 litres.

Uvas Felices Voladuras reflects the modernity of a collaborative project committed to the quality and identity of its vineyards. A reminder that a name can be much more than a label; it is a promise fulfilled in the glass.

Uvas Felices Voladuras 2024 Avanzada is a celebration of garnacha in its purest form. As you bring the glass to your nose, intense notes of fresh raspberries and cherries emerge, reminiscent of a stroll through a forest in full spring. On the palate, it enters gracefully and fluidly, with a touch of freshness that makes it incredibly easy to drink. The result of its aging in wood imparts complexity without detracting from its natural essence.
