This flower, also associated with the realm of dreams, makes us daydream and imagine sunlit days, beach outings, extended daylight hours, and unforgettable nights. To pair with all these moments, a wine is essential. For this purpose, nothing beats heading to the Mediterranean section of our catalogue to choose a refreshing red (due to the heat), such as Le Paradou Grenache Rouge.

Le Paradou Grenache Rouge is a single-varietal wine made from Grenache in the French region of Provence, specifically in Mormoiron, a locality renowned for its wines and the operational base of Le Paradou. This enterprise, which pays homage to its ancestors, is currently run by Alex and Fred, the latest generation of a family of winemakers from Ventoux, aiming to revive the Provence of yesteryear.

Staying true to its terroir, Le Paradou Grenache Rouge is crafted from vines cultivated at altitudes between 200 and 300 metres on clay and limestone slopes, resulting in a light, fresh, and well-balanced wine. These characteristics are meticulously preserved and cared for in the winery, where Le Paradou Grenache Rouge is destemmed and transferred to concrete and stainless steel tanks to ferment for 10 to 15 days. Once this phase is complete, Le Paradou Grenache Rouge is bottled directly, without any ageing, retaining all its freshness and essence. Who said reds aren't for summer?
