There are lands that appear to be conjured by the imagination... valleys where time stands still and nature breathes with an ancient power. In one of those remote corners, in Central Otago, New Zealand, at the foot of mountains that could belong to legends, emerges Burn Cottage, a winery that tends to its vineyard as one would guard a secret inherited from the land.

The Sauvage family arrived in this valley in pursuit of a dream, and discovered something more: a harmony between man and nature that can only be achieved by listening to the whispers of the earth. Since 2002, they have practised biodynamic viticulture with the patience of the wise, allowing each element —sun, wind, moon— to guide the destiny of the wine.

Sauvage Vineyard Pinot Noir comes from vines whose roots delve into a land once coveted for its gold, and now shines with the purity of its fruit. From this alchemy emerges a red wine with complexity, opulence, and a richness of concentrated flavours, boasting a velvety texture and a long finish, like the echo of an ancient song.
