Amanda Thomson was an Arts broadcaster at the BBC when she decided to study wine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. The journey to this point was not easy. With a migrant father and a mother who raised her alone—while juggling several jobs—Amanda always understood that she needed to strive to achieve her goals. Now, after many years, Amanda Thomson has created the first portfolio of premium non-alcoholic wines and is spearheading the ultimate change: a future filled with quality non-alcoholic wines; a future written with the same letters as Thomson and Scott Noughty Organic Rosé Sparkling. 
 
Thompson has travelled to southern Spain to source the finest Tempranillo grapes for crafting this semi-dry, vegan, and organic rosé sparkling wine. Thomson and Scott Noughty Organic Rosé Sparkling is produced in stainless steel tanks, where it ferments and transforms into wine. At this stage, Thomson and Scott Noughty Organic Rosé Sparkling is vacuum distilled and finally lightly carbonated, resulting in an exceptionally intriguing sparkling wine.
