Osborne Venerable Pedro Ximenez VORS is a sweet wine produced by Bodega Osborne, in El Puerto de Santa María, D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.

Osborne Venerable Pedro Ximenez VORS is a wine made from Pedro Ximénez grapes, which are sun-dried and dehydrated. After this, they are pressed and their fermentation is stopped by adding pure wine alcohol. It is aged for more than 30 years in oak barrels, following the system of "soleras". Its solera was founded in 1902 and for many years it has been one of the most prestigious soleras of the Domecq brand, bought a few years ago by Osborne.

Osborne Venerable Pedro Ximenez VORS is an ample, intense, and very long wine. Its deep raisin and toasting aromas stand out.

The Regulating Board of Denomination of Origin Jerez-Xérès-Sherry has certified this wine as a sherry wine of over thirty year of age (VORS), giving it an honourable position among the best Pedro Ximénez wines.
