About Baudili Blanc

Baudili Blanc is a natural and vegan white wine crafted from parellada and Xarel·lo, produced by Ramon Jané Viticultor in the DO Penedès.

Ramon Jané Viticultor represents the endeavour of a young winemaker who, after completing his studies in oenology, decided to create his own wines using grapes from vineyards originally planted by his grandparents in the Alt Penedès. He works with indigenous varieties and strives to revive others that have nearly vanished. No chemical fertilizers, fungicides, or pesticides are used.

The soils of Baudili Blanc are clay-limestone. The grapes are chilled to 3-4°C to preserve the fruity aromas of the varieties and are vinified together.

Baudili Blanc is a natural and vegan wine, as no added sulphites or commercial yeasts have been used, the viticulture practiced in the vineyards is organic, and no animal-derived proteins have been used for its clarification.
