This gin captures the essence of the shoreline and the mysteries of the volcanic island of Ailsa Craig, all in a limited edition that invites you to explore the extraordinary.
 
The Hendrick’s distillery combines two unique stills—the Bennett, which steeps the botanicals overnight, and the Carter-Head, which gently envelops them in steam—creating a distillate that is simultaneously light, complex, and characterful. The magic of rose petal and cucumber joins with 11 botanicals sourced from around the globe and a touch of seaweed to offer a balance that is surprising, unexpected, and refined.
