Varietal red wine
made of Tinta de Toro, produced in the framework of the project directed by the oenologist Alistair Gardner. The vineyards are located on very sandy soils at 800 metres over the sea level. The high thermal differences between day and night are the reason for the low yields of these vines.
Tritón Tinta de Toro
is fermented in stainless steel tanks and goes under a malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. It is aged for one year before being released to the market. A wine with its own personality. An authentic wine from Toro
