Ramón Bilbao Rosado is a rose wine from Rioja produced by Bodegas Ramon Bilbao. The winery is located in the town of Haro (La Rioja), a famous location in the wine world as it is the place with the highest concentration of wineries in the world.
Bodegas Ramon Bilbao also has positioned itself as one of the wineries of reference in Spain, winning in 2014 the prize for best Spanish wine awarded by the IWSC (International Wine Spirit Competition)
Ramón Bilbao Rosado is a varietal Grenache from old vines in the Tudelilla vineyard. The development of Ramón Bilbao Rosado begins with a late harvest during the night with low temperatures to prevent oxidation and maintain the cleanliness of wine.
Once the red grape enters the tank, it is macerated for four hours. The juice obtained is racked into stainless steel tanks where, after settling, a slow fermentation at a low temperature of about 14ºC is performed.

Ramón Bilbao offers that analytical profile, capable of becoming positive, provided we can see the basic reasons that have lead to its maintenance and success for more than 80 years. Since then, this winery remains static in time, but the curious and refreshing personality of its wines have always combined perfectly with respect for tradition and the use of the most innovative technology.
