Gérard Marula C'est L'bon Ch'min is an orange wine made by Gérard Marula with the Chenin Blanc variety in the Loire region (Vin de France).
With just over three hectares, Gérard Marula is a country winegrower who, in 2005, settled in the town of Chinon, at the western end of Touraine, with the aim of making artisan, pure and very unique wines. To do this, he works organically and does not add anything to his wines.
With very low production and meticulous artisan care, the Gérard Marula C'est L'bon Ch'min vineyards are organic. This wine comes from a small plot that is at the mercy of natural conditions that are regulated through environmentally friendly methods and without the use of chemical products.
In the winery, the Gérard Marula C'est L'bon Ch'min grapes ferment in contact with the skins of the whole berry with a maceration that lasts for several days. The wine is bottled without being filtered, clarified or adding sulphur.
As a result, Gérard Marula C'est L'bon Ch'min is a very small production but highly unique orange wine.
