Wittmann Trocken Tonel 6

Wittmann Trocken Tonel 6 is an ecological and biodynamic single-variety white wine made with Riesling, by the Weingut Wittmann winery, in Rheinhessen, Germany.

The Wittmann family and their ancestors have been dedicated to viticulture since 1663, making wines in Westhofen, in southern Rheinhessen, west of the Rhine Valley. They have about 25 hectares of land spread over limestone hills where their plots have been cultivated using the principles of organic farming since 1990 and biodynamic principles since 2004.

The grapes used to make this Wittmann Trocken Tonel 6 are selected and harvested by hand, gently pressed and the must fermented in large traditional barrels.
