Vallis Mareni Prosecco Extra Dry is a sparkling wine made by Vallis Mareni with the Glera variety in the DOC Prosecco, in Veneto (Italy) .

Vallis Mareni is one of the most representative wineries in the Veneto region, specialising in prosecco production. Located in the municipality of Miane, in the province of Treviso, it is part of the “Bollicine da uve italiane” movement, a project whose aim is to promote and enhance sparkling wines made from traditional Italian grapes.

Vallis Mareni Prosecco Extra Dry comes from hillsides with medium-textured calcareous soil. The vines are cultivated using conventional agriculture, maintaining the region’s wine-growing tradition, and the grapes are harvested by hand in boxes having been selected in the vineyard itself.

In the winery, Vallis Mareni Prosecco Extra Dry is made using the charmat method. Once the must has fermented at a controlled temperature of 20ºC, it undergoes a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks before being bottled with expedition liqueur.
