Vallis Mareni Prosecco Brut

Vallis Mareni Prosecco Brut is a sparkling wine made by Vallis Mareni with the Glera variety in the DOC Prosecco, in Veneto (Italy).

Located in the municipality of Miane, in the province of Treviso, the Vallis Mareni winery specialises in the production of the most popular Italian sparkling wine in the world. They create a delightful variety of proseccos in some of the best production areas, from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene.

The Vallis Mareni Prosecco Brut grapes are grown on hillsides with medium-textured calcareous soils, located in the northern part of the Treviso province. The vines are cultivated using environmentally friendly agriculture and the harvest is carried out manually in boxes with the grapes selected in the vineyard.

Vallis Mareni Prosecco Brut is vinified using the charmat method. Firstly, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 20ºC and then undergoes a second fermentation in large closed steel containers at a controlled temperature of between 12°C and 14°C. Once the process is completed, the wine rests, is filtered and expedition liqueur is added.

Vallis Mareni Prosecco Brut is a sweet, fresh and slender prosecco. A sparkling wine from the “Bollicine da uve italiane” project, a movement that promotes and showcases sparkling wines made from traditional Italian grapes.
